Evaluation End User License Agreement (EULA)
Summary
The Evaluation License grants a 30-day, civil-only, internal evaluation right to use and modify the Evaluation Package (including full source code and sensor fusion) for up to 5 named users within the licensed company. Permitted evaluation is limited to bench testing, SITL/HITL, and passive payload flight data collection for offline analysis only; the software must not be used in any active flight control loop, navigation, stability, flight termination, or other safety-critical function. Redistribution (source or binaries), sharing derived works, publishing evaluation results, and using the software or outputs for AI/ML training are prohibited. After the evaluation period, use must stop and all copies (including modifications) must be deleted within 14 days.
